@aurelio821713 I think the problem with the Brazilian team is that they always underestimate the other teams and that’s a big NO in sports. The best team and the best player can have a bad game so it’s never wise to think you’re going to win because the other team sucks. The U.S. might not be the best team but I love them because they don’t play dirty. There’s a difference by playing hard and playing dirty…de Jong in the World Cup was an embarrassment for both his team and nation.

the confed cup is a warm up, that’s it. you don’t even have to qualify for it. just the winners of the each international cup play in it. nobody really cares and you didn’t win it so what’s your point. how is it a terrible argument? your saying we are good because we beat spain ect.. lots of teams have beat spain. why are you any differant from the average teams who have beat them?

@JoshRobertson142 ok lets take out the portugal win. after the world cup in 06 we won the golden cup, we were runners up in the confederations cup to a brazil team and we played them close. in friendlies we played both netherlands and argentina extremely close and we beat spain. then in the last world cup we won our group and narrowly lost to ghana in a game we should have won, but of course Ricardo Clark didnt mark his man. should have beat england. yea i just dont see how im stupid

The U.S. team has so much potential for 2014. Didn’t they just beat the South African team with a bunch of amateurs? I’m not suggesting it was a huge victory or anything, but still… amateurs? That’s impressive. I’m an Azzurri fan, but come on, the U.S. is definitely on track.
