Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has admitted that German international Andre Schurrle could leave the club in this transfer window.
The 24-year-old has seen very little first-team action since coming to Chelsea last summer for around £ 18 million from Bayer Leverkusen. Even though Schurrle helped Germany win the World Cup by making a crucial assist in the final against Argentina, he has failed to replicate the same form for Chelsea. Schurrle has scored four goals in 18 appearances this season, but most of his appearances have come late on as a substitute.
Mourinho feels that Schurrle has not done enough to warrant a place ahead of Eden Hazard or Willian, who are currently the first choice wingers at Chelsea. Chelsea are believed to be holding out for a £ 24 million offer from clubs interested in the German.Read More

Andres Lindegaard joined Manchester United with a lot of belief that he could become the replacement for Edwin van Der Sar, who became one of the best goalkeepers for the club since the days of Peter Schmeichel.
The initial time at United proved confidence inspiring for Lindegaard since he was often preferred by manager Sir Alex Ferguson due to the poor performances of star name David de Gea. The Spaniard had arrived in an £ 18 million deal from Atletico Madrid, but he struggled to cope with the different football in the Premier League. Lindegaard remained consistent with his performances, despite not being extraordinary, and featured in several league matches.
However, the last few years have been very difficult for the 30-year-old. Since he is at an age considered to be the prime for a goalkeeper, Lindegaard is keen on playing regularly. He featured in only 13 league matches last season. His position has not improved this campaign, especially because of the impressive form shown by de Gea, and he has so far featured in only three matches. British tabloid Daily Mail reports that Lindegaard has been told by Van Gaal he is free to leave the club in January or in the summer. United are reportedly looking at the possibility of bringing in former Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes, who is available on a free transfer.
Valdes will provide an immense amount of experience, although it remains to be seen if he would be happy with a place on the bench. Lindegaard was once again on the bench for the recent 1-1 draw with Chelsea. Since United are no longer in the League Cup, it would further limit the opportunities for the Danish international. Since Denmark are doing well, Lindegaard would like to play regularly in feature at the Euro 2016 if Denmark qualify.
