I dont agree with you Caniggia deliberately touched the ball with his hand twice and if anything should have gotten a red card yet i will say this the penalty in the final was very contraversial and will always be debated. As for FIFA being corrupt this is clear as look at how France qualified to South Africa 2010. I am Italian by the way so to me this was very painful loss but it does not mean I wanted Germany to win either.

Caniggia’s yellow card was very deserved. he deliberately handballed. And both Argentina’s red cards in the final were deserved. A proffesional foul by Monzon and violent conduct by Dezotti. And Maradona should have been sendt off and the USSR should have had a penalty when he handballed to save a goal in the group stages.
